What is YouthSpeak Forum?
YouthSpeak Forum is an event that takes place in multiple locations around the world; bring top youth talents together with business leaders and experts for a conversation around pressing global issues with the aim to generate new and, most importantly, actionable ideas that will impact the world and its future.
YouthSpeak Forum requires the delegate to involve in a series of speakers, workshop and project pitching to the corporate, NGOs and government bodies.
What is YouthSpeak?
YouthSpeak is a global youth movement and youth insight survey powered by AIESEC. We are focused on understanding the hopes and challenges surrounding various issues which involve young people like us.
Over 100 countries and territories and 42 000 voices were captured in the 2015 comprehensive survey to engage stakeholders across government, business, third sector and education. This year we are striving to achieve 100 000 responses from young people globally to provide decision makers with young opinion on the way they envision the world in 2030 and what are the issues that they are ready to act upon today to make this future brighter.
Why is it important?
This survey is the platform for young people to voice out on the issues that really matters. It serves as a bridge between the youth voice to the corporate, NGOs, and governmental bodies of Malaysia.
The foundation of everything we do; the means for us to gain youth opinions around Malaysia and the world to understand what young people care about – who they look up to, which sources of information they trust, how they believe young people can improve themselves to improve their countries.
The report that will draw conclusions from survey data, to be presented at our high-profile events to top decision makers.
The event that will bring decision makers and youth together to generate actionable steps towards addressing issues that face their society.
The co-created initiatives between organisations and youth that will transform ideas into tangible actions that revolves around the issues that matters in Malaysia, all while using the Sustainable Development Goals as a guide.
